What animals do you have experience caring for?
Over the past years, Mady has had experience working with dogs and cats. Mady worked and managed a dog daycare for almost 2 years before going full time with Harvey’s. She took over the business in August of 2024. Our caregivers have experience with cats, dogs, chickens, horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, and more. We are always willing to learn and gain experience in other areas, so please don’t hesitate to try us out with your home or homestead!
Are you insured?
Yes! We carry general liability insurance, theft insurance, and workers compensation insurance. Please ask to see a certificate of insurance if you need one!
Do your employees have background checks?
Yes! We perform annual background checks to all Harvey’s employees and associates who enter our clients’ homes.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash or check, but also a myriad of other forms of payment. Electronic payments currently accepted are Quickbooks, Venmo, PayPal and Zelle.
What if I am not satisfied with Harvey’s Homestead Keepers?
While we pride ourselves on quality work, and exceeding expectations with the finer caring details of how we operate, we know from time, sometimes the stars just don’t align. If your expectations are not met, let’s talk. We are willing to offer a refund or extend an olive branch in whatever way we can.
