INTRODUCTION:
Initial home visit (consultation)  – No Charge. For any additional home visits requested, there will be a $25 fee

OVERNIGHT (24 hr) STAYS/CHECK-INS:
All long term bookings require a 50% deposit** with the balance due within 24 hours of the return date

Short notice bookings (Less than 2 weeks prior) require a non-refundable, 50% deposit**

Short notice bookings (within 72 hours) will incur a one time $15 fee

**Cancellations: Deposit is refundable if canceled 2 weeks or more prior to start date.  Deposit is NON-refundable if canceled less than 2 weeks prior to start date.


We have a 6 hour away policy for our keepers that will be explained during the initial home visit

Any fraction of an hour beyond 24 hours will be charged at the Check-in rate, per hour

Multiple Check-ins per day, please inquire at time of booking for a special rate.


HOLIDAY/WEEKEND RATES:
Major holidays and extended weekend/holidays will have increased rates. Please inquire at time of booking

BEYOND PET/HOUSE SITTING:
For Homestead/farm care, Fall Clean-Up, Walks/dog park, or any other services not listed, please contact us
